NC Child Care Commission Holds Special Meeting to Adopt Proposed Temporary Rules

The NC Child Care Commission will hold a Special Meeting on October 5, 2020 to adopt the proposed temporary rules regarding care for school-age children during the state of emergency. The meeting will begin at 9:00 am and will be held by WebEx. The public hearing for these rules was held on August 19 and the comment period was August 12 through September 2, 2020. There will not be time for public comment during this meeting however, the public is invited to participate as an attendee during the meeting by clicking on the following link:
